Seller hasn't got item

When a seller sells an item. Does he have to have it. Like can I sell on ebay, a bar of soap lets say.. Then if I get a buyer. Go to the shop buy the soap. Put in the a box and post it? Is that allowed?

Yes you are correct in the Feedback Forum it is there. I can see it. But under actions. There is no option to leave feedback There's one there called Appeal case. Whatever that is?

In regards to the ebay call back. I requested one yesterday. Up to 9pm.. It said about one minute. I waited and waited. And when 9pm came. I gave up waiting.

Are you sure you are in the Feedback Forum.....there are no Other Actions there, only the option to leave feedback.

Thanks imastawka. That has potential. But - Sorry, you can't leave negative or neutral Feedback for this PowerSeller until 7 days after purchase.

In the mean time, please contact the seller to try to work things out.
