I recently had a bad experience with a seller, their product (refinished golf balls) was not as advertised and was defective. My emails communication were polite and factual, the seller agreed with me that the defect does indeed happen. He offered to give me some free if I bought from him again. They asked me to change an initial neutral comment and I refused.
I reviewed their product and posted photos to show how the product was defective. It states it will be reviewed prior to posting, it has never been published as the refinished golf balls are still for sale from the same seller.
Why does an honest and accurate product review not get published?

That I don't know, you'd need to ask eBay
But the more importantly, why did you not leave neg feedback for the seller ?
That is there right away, and unless it breaks eBay's rules will not be removed
You could have also opened and item not as described dispute and reported the seller for feedback extortion
All much more effective than only worrying why the product review is yet to be published

I can't even see a neutral left for that seller in your feedback left for others.
But reading the negs and neutrals left for him, I wouldn't have purchsed in the first place.

If you put your review on here, then the company has removed it.
They only have gloiwing reviews.

Thanks for the reply.
I did put a negative feedback/review on, it never made it onto the site.
Received emails from the seller to change, but i refused to do so, the review/ neg feedback was never published even though posted several times.
Just wanted to save others from getting ripped off by this guy and thought an honest review with photos would suffice.

A review is a different thing to feedback.
You have not left negative feedback for that seller.
In fact, you left a positive.
