free listings offer but not on ebay

Any one else get the free listing offer this morning by email from ebay? But it does not appear on my ebay anywhere and phoned ebay but they can not find it?

Worried as price is too low.

Won a Item that I now doubt is going to be delivered. A over $200 dollar item went for $21 , but I doubt now the item will be sent. Sellers feed back is less than 67% on only a couple of sales. The items claims to be in Australia but it is being sent...

Postage cost in watch list shown as lower than actual

I have complained for the past year that the postage cost for items on eBay.com shown in my watch list is significantly lower than the actual cost when you click on the item. It has nothing to do with exchange rates. Why has this not been fixed ?

items listed as new without tags but used

I have noticed a few sellers listing clothing items and purses as new without tags then in the description stating they have been used once or twice.I find this revolting and there is no option in the report item section for something like this
