It is so difficult to get anywhere without a "real"customer service. The upload return postage label" button doesn't seem to work, I can't find the label to print and send the item back, I have spent 2 whole days trying to ifnd it. It is not in my messages : it just tells me I have to send it back by certain date ?. I can see a row of numbers as a tracking number and Australia Post however there is not a QR Code, no address to send it to- no details. What shall I do ?. Australia Post use QR Codes.
Any ideas would be much appreciated.
