who pays for the return postage if the the item is "not as described"

Hi  , I have just purchased two used items that do not work----one described as "no issues" , the other "perfect condition".

Who pays for return postage?

Which would be the best way to open a dispute and best outcome----Paypal or Ebay?

Regards

An ebay dispute is the way to go for Item Not As Described....the seller has to pay the return postage if they want the item back.

If they won't pay for shipping you can just make use of PayPal's return offer.

The OP has to continue with the ebay dispute if that is the one they opened.   Only if they lose that dispute can they open a paypal dispute.

If the seller does not agree to pay the return postage the buyer can involve ebay and get it paid that way.
