Newman is challenged and thats being kind to him.
The best suggestion I can give him is get well away from politics and any position of power and get a real job, night fill at the local supermarket should keep him out of the way and keep the state of QLD safe

Well I AM a Queenslander and I will have to cast my vote on Saturday.
My dilemma is.......I dont like my choices.
Labor have no business handling money almost bankrupting the State and the LNP went so far right of right trying to clean up the financial mess Bligh's Government left that they have created enormous social issues.
I dont mind Anastasia she is articulate, passionate & intelligent however she is surrounded by incompetents.
I dont like Newman but there is real depth to the talent in the LNP, problem is they have all seemingly lost their voices under Newman. Its all smelling like " 50 shades of Joh!"

Well at least one in the campaign has a brain
"State Opposition Leader Annastacia Palaszczuk has failed to name what level the GST is set at in a light-hearted FM radio quiz,
prompting an incredulous response from hosts
As any politician should know, the answer is 10 per cent."
How long has the GST been in ??????????

They are saying Newman will get back in.
She put her foot in it today.

who are 'they' ?

The media, or some of them.
Saying LNP are just too far ahead for Labor to claw back the numbers
and the GST Foot in mouth comment didn't help.

More furphies ^^
Queensland Premier Campbell Newman has cancelled his blitz of north Queensland to fly back to Brisbane a day after another poll showed he could lose his seat.
He is continuing to sidestep leadership questions despite the latest poll showing he could be unseated by former Labor environment minister Kate Jones.
The swing for the Government to be defeated is something above 12 per cent and the swing for Campbell Newman to lose Ashgrove is under 6 per cent," he said.
"So there's a lot of opportunity there between six and 12 for the Government to be re-elected but for Campbell Newman to lose his own seat."

Several natural disasters sweeping right across the state did not do much for the economy. How many billions did the floods and cyclones cost? Not very fair to blame it on the government.

I don't think so. He would be able to reach only the lower two shelves.
