Because we have contnual intruders coming into our yard (the same as a lot of people in the area) I bought a motion detection one at the beginning of December. Never could get it to motion detect, tried for a couple of months and still not working. Contacted storage_specialist at the beginning of March, we exchanged a heap of messages.
They eventually said to send it back, I did by Express Post and so I know they received it on the 29th July.
I haven't received any reply from them, tried to ring their mobile, left messages and they won't answer me. I can't seem to get anywhere with EBay or Paypal.
During this fiasco I have been in hospital with heart failure and my cardiologist said I have to avoid stress, fat chance of that. I am on a pension and I don't have money to keep ringing VIMEL. Can anyone please help me with advice on what to do

With a score of over 80 thousand feedback I would presume they are a business so maybe contact the
Consumer Affairs branch in your state,
You should've started an item not as described dispute and followed the guidelines for it,(it would've allowed
you to get a refund through the system eBay has in place).

You have no hope as its been more than 180 days for you to open a dispute through PayPal.
You have lost your money and the camera.
