Can I ask a buyer to confirm their postal address via eBay messages?

I know that ebay has certain policies regarding what content is allowed in the ebay message system. I know you are not allowed to exchange email addresses or phone numbers, but what if I have to confirm that I posted a parcel to the correct address when a customer has conflicting addresses? The message from eBay when she bought the item says one address and a different address is provided by the paypal email?

If I send her a message through ebay and ask her to confirm her postal address, will ebay block her reply to me because it will have an address in it?

No problem to do that, we do it quite often if the address is incomplete, or conflicting, figure it is better to send the item to where they want it, also a lot of buyers buy items and have them posted to a friend, relative ect therefore different address in Ebay to the Paypal one.

Addresses wont be blocked, they are refering to website adresses, not street, city, state adresses.
