When you find the goods sent do not match those described you need to be able to send pictures to the Seller to justify there need to take action.
Most sellers respond by asking you to send them pictures via email which is against ebay's policy.
How are you supposed to send the Seller pictures?

Go to the listing, and scroll down to ask a question.
when you select an option to get the text box, under the box in blue it says attach photos.
click on that, and you can send pics with your message.
