In the GSP tracker what does Redelivery scheduled mean. Thanks

 I have been tracking a parcel from USA posted to me on15 Aug 2016 through the GSP programm and after it went just about every Usps depot in NJ ,the final comment is in transit Redelivery scheduled. Can any one please explain to me what Redelivery sceduled means. Thanks

In Australia that means that delivery has been attempted but there was no-one there to accept it.

If it is still in transit in the USA I have no idea what it means.

If it has not been received at the GSP hub in KY it is probably still with the USPS....perhaps try the tracking number on that site.
