I purchased a iteam as a guest and i have upragrade my account to having one and not being a guest. it looks as though my full postage address has been lost. have not recieved the item and i am unable to track item item number #132239501339 transaction ID 1363231579003

If you buy as a Guest the transation does not automatically transfer to an account when you open one.
You will have to use the tracking given to you on the Guest transaction. Details used in a Guest transaction do not transfer to a new account....you will have to enter them again.
Why didn't you use this account....it has been active since 2005?
If you open a paypal account with the same details as used in a Guest transaction then that transaction should appear in the new paypal account. If it is not automatic you can ring paypal and they will fix it for you.
