You don't know that it was not delivered....only that the tracking has not been updated....it happens.
Until you get the notification email with the code to allow you to collect it, there is nothing you can do anyway.
It is always going to take longer than a parcel delivered to your home address....apart from that, what other reason do you have for advising members not to use the service?
