It didn't work on either of my accounts. However, the last one did eventually work on one of my accounts. When someone posted the link it didn't work, but a week or so later it did, so well worth trying again in a few days. I did get the email a day or so after it worked.

Has the promotion number changed from the usual invitation only?

A hint would be the promo number. Which is, about, at least a year ago.

Once again, expectation does not equal requitement.

I work around NOT getting freebies. Any I get are a bonus.

If you have too many items for your standard 40 freebies try a store. I have one with 1300 listings, and 40 freebies a month certainly don't fit that business model

800+ transactions in the last 12 months. You are hardly hardly done by.

One could almost say ***bleep*** but that would be against the rules.

no harm in trying tho does get some peoples hopes high.....

People post the same promo because the same one keeps getting issued to people each month. It's a new promotion for those it's offered to, they just use the same promo number. This one seems to have a new promo number. The previous ones were 2664 I think.

This didn't work for me either.  Just another way they keep throttling  us. They know a lot of us wait for free listings before we list anything. It's so annoying, why can't it be a fair place for all?

This is not an outdated promo code. It was fresh yesterday and it has worked for some people.
