I recently had a buyer return a used film camera with an electronic issue I was not aware of. Fair enough, Ebay held funds from another sale and deducted another AU $53.56 from my bank account. They then proceeded to deduct another $9.30 and now have held another $12.70 for the same return. This is really messy accounting and I can't make any sense of it. A return is a return, refund the buyer in full and get on with it Ebay.
