I don't sell very often but have just listed a few items. Then I get an email (question on current listing) from a buyer who wants me to refund on an item bought in July as they basically don't like it now. I'm gobsmacked. Where do I stand? If I took it back now I presume I wouldn't get a refund of FVF and PP fees (about $45).

I was browsing the forums on my mobile a while ago, went to click back out of a thread but clicked into the reply square instead. Then, when I clicked back again, I got a pop up that asked me if I want to contine as any changes I'd made to my "reply" would be lost. I went ahead and continued. Later I rfound that just doing that created a blank post - quite annoying, but it was made 100% unknowingly and unintentionally.

Dont refund....ebay policy is 30 days only. That means youre fine. Buyer has no leg to stand on!

I am pretty sure that the OP has found that out after THREE AND A HALF YEARS.
