Buyer buys four items and says that one item was broken. He was repeatedly offered a FULL refund by returning the one only item but he does not correspond nor return the item but instead, he leaves FOUR Neg's. What's the stance for the seller ?

he leaves FOUR Neg's.
4 FB by the same buyers/same day only count as one anyway.
Probably the cost of postage was more than the item was worth. Why would you want back something that is broken?

You need to ask the buyer to send photos as proof that the item is broken, If it is, then the buyer can't send the item back as you can't send broken items back through the mail.
If it's broken, why do you want it back? You should just give them a refund anyway
