Buyer buys four items and says that one item was broken. He was repeatedly offered a FULL refund by returning the one only item but he does not correspond nor return the item but instead, he leaves FOUR Neg's. What's the stance for the seller ?

This is a different domsa.. Probably still related to the others as they have feedback from that other fellow (Phil, Peter whatever)
The other one had less feedback.. I recall the previous domsa saying that they had retired this ID doe some reason.. Apparently not

Also the only neg I can see for this account was left in August. So once again they have outed themselves for using multiple IDs and pretending that they are different people, as they could only be talking about one of the other IDs

Well whichever of you is in possession of the personality at the moment may i repeat what others have said:
Why in the name of creation would you want a broken item back?
Why wouldn't you just ask for a photo to confirm it is broken and then do a partial (or full if you wanted to) refund?
If you really wanted the broken one back why didn't you send the buyer a pre paid satchel to return it in?
Why would you think for one second that the buyer wouldn't give you 4 negs?

So which one is asking the question? As I said before, the only neg I can see on domsa_mcp is for a transaction in August
However, I can see that on the diwrecktor account that there have been 4 NEGs left (which really only count as one)
Why don't you post under that ID instead of pretending that the IDs are owned and operated by different people? As they obviously are the same person or you would not be on here worrying about 4 NEgs left on someone else's account..
OR you could just ask Phil, Peter, Paul or whoever it is to come and ask themselves, but we know that won't happen because it's the one person operating all accounts..

I think that it's about time as to who the party that spoke the truth and who didn't as diwrecktor has been given the wrong end of the stick buy both "you' and Ebay.
Nearly four weeks after the items were posted, the buyer sent an email that read "This tow truck is broken i want my money back" He didn't sign off and no proffessional type email....in fact it was RUDE and ARROGANT but let's not also remember that the email of dammage was four weeks after purchase.
The response was " I feel somewhat concerned as it's four weeks later of purchase and I find it possible that the truck might not be broken surely or if so, perhaps it's been broken by kid's or so ??? Please advise.
The reply was " I said it was broken and I wan't my money back" again, quite rude.
I responded with "I am very disappointed regarding this issued particularly being weeks later but nevertheless, If you return the item without prejudice, I will refund you in full INCLUDING your postage costs"
Then , I emailed to him again and said " as I didn't get a response from you regarding of the returning of the item plus the fact that I have only just returned home after being away for ten days, please do not so aggressive. You are reminded that my auction clearly states that I don't accept returns but as you have stsed the item is broken ( strange), I have well accepted the return of the item and now it will be subject to inspection do to the considerable time that has elapsed. The address is abc etc etc
Again, there wasn't a reply until the 23/12/12 which read " I need your address to return damaged item. Send ASAP " Again, very abrupt and now, many many more weeks had past.
I responded " well....I can simply give you an honest and truthful opinion of you. An outright BLATANT LIAR with a tendency of that of a spoilt brat who CANNOT read YET.....even that the items were NOT by registered mail and one of them is reputed to be dammaged, this seller, against all forms of fact and reality offers a full refund of the saiditem and look at the end result from you to me ! Four Neg's for god's sake!!!! I would sincerely state that you should apologise to me and also have the Neg's removed etc etc and finishing off saying. If I ever receive the returned ( suggested damage ) item, and STAND on my words! You know, that seller who is arrogant and cannot resolve issues! I DO
No response from the buyer and the last email to him has just been sent
"Good morning,
with regret, it's obvious that you REFUSE to return the item for a full refund INCLUDING your cost of P&H to me....yes, that means no costs at all, I shall now ask for pictures of the breakage and should you noy be prepared to do that, I wiil pursue the matter slander / defamation with the NSW courts which is were the requirements will then comply with ebay's wishes
As you so abruptly asked me with one of your emails ( but you are persistentin that I am both rude ans arroagant ), I shall respond ind the same manner as you have done so. pictures of the damaged item ASAP
I'd pretty much guarantee that there won't be a response but nevertheless, you guys who have been more than disgruntled of me and have, in no uncertain that I am a 'you know what and more'. you now know the truth which is what I have said time after time !!!!!!!!! Make up your mind now fella's !

Why don't YOU make up your mind.. I said before, the only neg left that I can see on your account is back in August.. However there are 4 NEGs left on diwrecktor's account,
Once again.. You (or diwrecktor) should ask the buyer for proof that it is broken, in which case why would you want it back?

What exactly do you expect us to do? If the buyer won't send the things back or a photo, your only option at this point is to take their word for it and give them a refund
