Did the postcards remain undamaged after the glass broke?
You would need to ensure the buyer packs the postcards in something (cardboard envelope) so they don't get bent in the post.
Would you pay for the packaging and postage or do you want the buyer to pay for it?

I just thought if the buyers pay they might send them by the cheapest option, stuff them in a paper envelope and they mightget damaged (crinkled, bent) on the way back to you.

You say you want the buyer to pay for return postage yet you agree that "Buyer posts pics showing they arrived broken. Poor packaging I agree."
Why should the buyer pay x2 for postage when you have admitted they were badly packed ?

I am curious. Did you ask why they left positive feedback, and especially a comment that they arrived fine , if they were broken?
I find it quite suspicious to be honest...

I wonder if they did arrive fine, hence the feedback and fell off the wall/bookcase/shelf and broke. A taste of things to come after November?
