Downloading active listings, not all appear

I am doing a stocktake of my CDs listed on eBay. I followed the instructions and downloaded a report which was supposed to show all my active listings. I was surprised to find that not all of the CDs which are shown as being active on eBay when I click on Active appear in the downloaded report. Is there a limit on the number of items which can be listed in a downloaded report?

I have just looked at my Excel database and found that the CDs which do not appear in the downloaded report are all items I listed on 1st October, five days ago.  Is there a waiting period between the time an item is listed and the time it is included in a download?

Hi,

I just trialled downloading all my active listings (848 listings).
All downloaded fine. The majority were started on 1/10/2021 with a couple starting on 12/9/21.

I was originally approved for File Exchange - but the download page I used is in 'Reports'/downloads.

No. I contacted eBay via Live Chat and they verified my problem, which has now been escalated.
