Received this positive feedback this morning:
"Item lost in the mail but seller was quick to respond and refunded full price."
I never heard from this buyer about item going astray.
Auspost tracking shows my item was delivered.
Can't find any mention in my service metrics.
I'm tempted to let sleeping dogs lie - is there anything else I should check?

You got a positive feedback about a positive outcome,I'd let it lie.
When I look at that feedback I'm ok with it and it wouldn't stop me from buying off you lol.

Feedback like that could make you look like a possible push over
so best get rid of it.
Try calling ebay and if there was no 'refund' to buyer then a CS rep
should be able to see it's obviously left in error and remove the feedback
under the feedback removal guidelines.

Tried to find the fb removal guidelines but all has changed.
Ebay will most likely advise you to send the buyer a feedback revision request.

My OCD got the better of me.
eBay will remove the comment.
The buyer had left the same feedback for last 10 comments. So must be a prefilled auto generated feedback response?

Either way you still got a green dot which is good lol.
And I understand sometimes my tourette's gets me in strife.

Ultimately, no matter what colour the dot, the feedback left would have
been an open invitation to those buyers that no one wants.
Great that it's gone.
