On my latest invoice ebay has charged me twice for postage for the same item

I have been chraged twice for the same item for ebay postage

I made a mistake on the package slip  and redone the package slip

now they have chatged me twice for the postage for the same item

and same invoice number ?? how can I get arefund

By packaging slip do you mean the address label?

And of so, did you cancel the one you did not use?

I think you may be in trouble, as it is probably more than 5 days since you created the lable.   Still, it will be worth while having a chat to ebay - get them to ring you

I'm a bit confused.

The only thing eBay charge for, postage-wise, is address labels generated through 'print postage label', which is a postage label and not a packing slip. Also it auto-generates address details in accordance with the details given by the buyer at checkout.

So my questions are -

Was it a postage label?

Did you intend to generate a postage label?

Why did you try to alter a postage label, which can be the only mistake you could make with one?

I know this was ages ago for you but same thing happened to me except the guy at my post office was trying to email himself the postage label to print and he pressed buy label twice to get it loaded and now I’m being charged for 2 labels, did you resolve your issue? And if so how did you contact them , thanks.

It is not the same thing.

If the tent support at your Post Office emailed it to himself twice, then he should have cancelled one.

Between you and AP, nothing to do with eBay.

Yeah, I did wonder about someone at the PO emailing the label to themselves.  Twice.

And how that relates to ebay.

A guy is a tent support, unless in Murrica. I refuse to take seriously any Australian who doesn't understand 'bloke'.

Even less one that doesn't seem to understand how eBay or AP work.
