Even though I've updated my preferences so many times I'm blue in the face, I am still getting buyers from Canada, when my preferences say I do not post to Canada.
I have updated site preferences - shipping preferences - and ticked "also apply to current listings" but it just doesn't seem to "take". Any suggestions, please.
The listing itself says no postage to Canada - but they still can buy - I don't understand it.

...makes no sense to me....have you tried doing the same via .com site?
It might just be a glitch at this end??

In that eye watering list of exclusions, I don't see Canada.
Am I going blind and can't see it?

I had to ctrlF it, but it was there, next to Mexico
On the listing I looked at anyway

Just an observation: I only sell to Australia, and my list of exclusions is less than half that of OP's??
I don't have Canada on mine, but I do have North America??

Double-check that you have blocked buyers with a primary address in a location you don't post to - I have no exclusions at all and just have my postage preference set up to post to Aus only, with this block in place no one outside of Aus can buy (blocked bidder activity has always shown attempts - some sellers have said this doesn't work for them and they've had to set up an exclusion list like you have, but I don't know why).

I have the Primary address set AND exclude all regions except Oceania, where I have individual countries excluded (except Australia).
I've been told many times over the decade that this is overkill. Seems it isn't.

You can also use the F3 key. On more modern computers, you might need to use Fn F3. It's a very handy tool, especially if you're searching someone's feedback for something. You just keep hitting the next arrow in the search box and it jumps to the next hit. Saves a lot of scrolling!
