Sales records missing in Paypal

I need to do a refund on an  item I sold recently on ebay, but when I logged into Paypal, there was no record of the payment - nor was there any record from the other 10 ebay sales this month.  Am I missing something obvious?

Aren't you on Managed Payments?

yes I am on managed payments, which has been working fine till now.

All March transactions are showing, but none for ebay sales in April

If you're on MP, then there ARE no Paypal transactions.

Seller Hub > payments and refund from there.

On managed payments, if a buyer pays with paypal, they do so to pay ebay direct, who then pay you after

deducting their fee of course.   You are no longer privy to the buyers paypal details as their transaction is with ebay.

Thank you both to Dave and Gutterpunk - for directing me to where I can do the refund from and also for explaining why. I must not have had to do a refund ever since I switched to MP.

I used PPs chat function to ask this question, and nearly fell off my chair when they RANG me not long after. The woman who I was speaking to didn't have a clue as to why I wasn't seeing my April records in PP.
