I sold a Nintendo Switch to a buyer overseas in April. The item was shipped via sea carrier and took 3 months to deliver. During that time eBay decided to refund the buyer and the item has since then delivered. Upon requesting a reimbursement, eBay simiply told me that the case was over 30 days old and that I cannot get paid. Not sure what I can do now apart from accept the loss 😕

Your only option, is to ask the buyer to re-pay

in this time of the pandemic ebay are doing it tough - have a heart and forget about the loss.
No wonder buyers love ebay-you get lots of really cool free items.
whining sellers should just pull their heads in

a product was 2weeks past due ...i complained to seller asking when. no answer...i complained again asking to respond to my earlier complaint... ebay stepped in and issued a refund...the product arrived 3 days later...what to do? it appears strangely automated...there seems to be zero actual communication in the whole episode.
