The system is completely flawed. We have one currently in the same
situation. Will be contacting ebay Monday about this. Last time we
cancelled a item the buyer left negative feedback ebay wouldn't remove
it. The system is a complete joke! Any buyer ...
Useless the new format...on average it takes twice as long to list a new
litem from scratch...have two accounts and one is still in the classic
look so we timed it tonight....Ebay yet again breaking things that do
not need changing.
Go onto the live chat...you will get it removed....had this issue wice
this year and bypass the removal process page...It's a waste of time.
Use the live chat!!!
Ebay need to do more here about this...cancelling an order is fine but
we are coming across more items being sold then chasing up buyers only
to have them use some of the lamest excuses ever not to pay. Buyers need
