So now a 3 in DSR's is unacceptable?

From the new seller performance standards:

"Detailed seller rating of 1, 2 or 3 for item as described"

Certainly is. It's now a defect.

Along with glitchy refunds and cancellations.

And those defects rule your selling powers and stick around for 12 months.

Ain't eBay ideas grand sometimes?

Yes that's right. Just had my first ever recently. Tried contacting buyer to very politely ask why, but no response. Had a heap of photos and really don't understand how she justifies it, but have to take it. Very unfair.

For many buyers a 3 means there is nothing wrong with it and so no grounds to complian. It simply wasn't quite what suited their needs best, not sellers fault, buyers regret rather. So its a 3, probably still thinking its anonymous and harmless.

I get a lot of these due item being wrong size, even though I have a 'no fault" return policy. So even fixing the problem wont get rid of defect. Kind of defeats the purpose of a returns policy.
