27th Aug to 3 Sept - new listings only so use sell similar.  No insertion fees.

On my store ID so probably only for stores.

Thanks, jimmyjoejoe_jnr! Seems the eBay Lords have been kind to us with two free listing promotions for non-stores pretty close to each other after a long drought.

If there are any in your promo list then there are. Otherwise there aren't.

These days, unless you're speshul, the only promos that normally become available are for a few days at the end of the month. It's the middle of the month.
