Go to eBay Help t the top of any page a scroll down to type with a CS staff
Or use the body of the post to explain what you are trying to say and other members who actually use eBay and know what they are talking about can try to help
You have a watch listed which has 'make an offer' on it at the moment

It is impossible for other members to try to help you going off just a heading and you replying yes (I did'nt ask anything, I simply said you have an item listing (the watch) which you have included 'make an offer' on the listing

It says in the help pages( link above) that not all items are eligible for make an offer, but the procedure for eligible items is in that link.
There is also a limit on how many offers a buyer can receive I think?? Don't quote me on that though.

Ah, it's an auction. Don't know if it's possible to send offers on auctions. Hopefully someone with experience in auctions will be able to let you know .

As cam says, it is (to the best of my knowledge) not possible for sellers to send offers to watchers on items that are listed for auction. That function is available for fixed price listings.
(Please, anyone, correct me if this isnโt the case.)

yep....you can't

You've relisted that watch five times since February.
Obviously, no-one (your watchers) wants it at that price.
Make it BIN at the same price with a Best Offer
Making it BIN will get it relisted automatically until it's sold.
