buyer wants to cancel

buyer sent me message asking to cancel because he thought it was a different version of the item.

he waited over 30 hours to contact me after he purchased the item.

my item is clearly labelled and the picture clearly shows what it is.

is there anything i can do other than cancel the transaction and block him?

buyer wants to cancel

If you have not posted it, Its easier to just cancel and then block them.

If you force them they wil leave you negative feedback and you are the only loser then.

You can put a non paid dispute in after 5 days of buying. Then after 3 days if they havent paid they will get a non paying strike.

They cant leave negative feedback if they dont pay but if they do they can.

I advice just to cancel order. Its so much easier.

So you can choose which action to take

1.    Cancel the transaction - using seller changed mind

2.    Go for the unpaid item way

So the best thing to do would be to just cancel because there could be so many issues that you might have to deal with.

Cancel then relist and move on.
