just bought an ebay store and only my old account is showing to viewers

so basically i made my store great and nice made a banner and logo and when i checked if a viewer could see my store....nope only my old store as pictured "nickydgames" and not my new store NickyDgames which is linked to my old account and i can go to that when logged in. Please help and please try and check if you can see my new store too otherwise the monthly payment is not worth it.

Maybe there is a time delay.....ring ebay....go to HELP at top of page & either ring them or have them ring you

Yes there is a delay in Ebay creating the store & letting others see it.

But I can see yours now.  It's great!

If you plan on doing lots of auctions, I hope you're aware that stores can only do auctions in a few categories without paying listing fees.

It's completely different to not having a store and you get ZERO listings that are free of insertion fees, except for listings in a handful of specific categories.

Maybe the store logo only shows on listings created after you open the store, or that roll over after you open it.

yeah, i can't see it on the individual listings either - but if you view the user page at https://www.ebay.com.au/usr/nickydgames there is a "visit store" icon - so hopefully it's just a matter of time before everything syncs.
