"Visit Store" disappeared from listings

My store has been on holidays for a month - on return I find that my items which used to have a "visit store" option on the right hand side which enabled the buyer to click and then select a category of items to choose from has now disappeared. Is this now standard and if so , has anyoneany idea why it was changed? Thank you.

No, it is still open and Ihave had a sale since reopening

Like the OP, one of my stores has had the same problems for about 3 weeks now.

Clicking on the store door tells customers that it doesn't exist. 

There are work arounds for regular customers who are savvy, but newbies are having trouble.

And, of course, ebay has been no help, saying it's a glitch and others are in the same boat, and 'the techies are working on it'     Pfffft

The OP's is the first I've heard of anybody else having the same problem.

I'm on MP.   Have been since September.

But re-reading the OP's problem, it seems their store door has disappeared completely?

Unlike mine, which is still visible, but tells people it doesn't exist.

I will be looking at a store credit at this stage.

Hey guys - thanks for your help - I found that my store had been closed - I opened a new one and all is back exactly as it was. Thanks again
