I have received an email re making a payment. I have added a card for eBay payments. I have funds available yet nothing has been taken. I received an email and tried to make a one time payment and when I try to add my card it goes back to the screen and wants me to add a card again. I can't make the payment.
Can you retry the card I have on file or help me make the payment?
