Getting very frustrated, tried for ages to reslist products but keep having to sign in, at the top of page it says Welcome Guest. Cleared cacce, cookies, going slowly mad. Any one else having probs please?

Just done our first lot of orders using click and send with paypal - thank you thank you thank you - what a pleasure and how much quicker than adding the card info etc etc, long time coming, but well worth the wait in my opinion.

So long as you paid with paypal you can open INAD and you will get a full refund, but you will of course have to return the item at your expense. Maybe worth looking into the half refund as it may well work out the same monetry loss
