I had a buyer from Singapore with a new account, put in a best offer on
2 of my listings, with this message accompanying it: "Hi my friend. I
try to pay through PayPal and same with the Bank account it says that
the seller does not accept the payment...
Not sure what's going on, is this a freebie? I certainly didn't order it
or have it offered to me, I hope I'm not being charged for it. Anyone

Yes, you can send a new invoice with the postage removed. I don't offer
local pickup myself, I'm more likely to drop off orders when I'm out and
about if I'm able to. Never had an INR claim for a drop off, and I know
where they live if I do. Sometime...
