How do I let someone in ebay who actually cares know that the 'customer service representative' just refused to answer my question as to why I had received notification from ebay about supposed "listing violations" (there weren't any!), cut off our discussion without word, sent a "transcript" to my email that contains sentences that DO NOT APPEAR in our 'conversation' and claims at the end of the "transcript" that I ended the chat?!? Truth: No!! Disgraceful treatment of a long-time, conscientious seller with perfect feedback. I am incredulous that this person earns money to do this "job".

eBay invariably send a "how did we do?" email requesting feedback on the assistance you received, from memory you get to rate 4 different aspects, two of which are specifically for how the rep handled it (I assume their overall performance is ranked this way, as it refers to the specific rep you speak to by name - whether it has a real impact or just floats out there in the void, I couldn't say).

correct. I left a scathing review of the agent behind my most recent, time wasting interaction with the customer service. Had a call from Ebay next day.
