Sendle.com - using them for the first time

Hi everyone, any other sellers out there using Sendle on a regular basis? I just used them for the first time to send a large-ish item (about 1.8kg) and their cost is lower than Aus Post, and it's door-to-door Toll courier. Pick up by Toll is scheduled for tomorrow, hopefully all will go well.

I guess it is the old story - you get what you pay for.

At least you gave it a try and now know to go back to the way that works best for you.

Personally I would never use a broker for anything, I would do my own research

Sold an item with ebay, packed the item carefully and measure precisely to meet the requirement.
Sendle changed the measurement by 2cm during processing, result over the requirement and charged back to my ebay $10 extra.
dodgy company to gain some extra money.

You are replying to a topic from 7 years ago to a member who is now dead

You have been very, very lucky, have a look through the dozens of threads on here from sellers who have had issues and from buyers who are complaining about Sendle and blaming the sellers who use them for using them
