I'm having trouble with the 'sold' tab. It won't allow me to access it

I'm having trouble accessing in my 'sold' tab.. I know I've sold stuff and it shows I have.. But each time I click it, it shows me I have sold nothing .. I need to access it, so I can get information for my sales and who to mail the stuff too etc..

Is there a glitch and anyone else experiencing this, or it is just me?

I'm having the same problem.  All my listings are there, but when I click on "sold" it says 0.  HELP!!!

I was having the sam etrouble, it fixed itself a acouple of hours ago but I have now 'lost' my sales again, meaning I cannot send invoices or print postage. Not happy!

I have no items sold and nothing in my feedback,whats the go can't access any of it.

Yep same here, problems all day from downloading photos to items listed for sale and now sold items.

It seems to have started yesterday (thursday) and disappears interrnittently at the moment.

If your buyers have paid via Paypal, just go directly to Paypal to at least access those addresses - that's what I have had to do.

I've got the same problem as well and have reported the issue to eBay. However, your items sold should show up if you change the period of items sold either within the last week or within 2 weeks.

See if that works if you need to at least mark things as sent or contact the buyers.
