I'm having trouble with the 'sold' tab. It won't allow me to access it

I'm having trouble accessing in my 'sold' tab.. I know I've sold stuff and it shows I have.. But each time I click it, it shows me I have sold nothing .. I need to access it, so I can get information for my sales and who to mail the stuff too etc..

Is there a glitch and anyone else experiencing this, or it is just me?

Had the same trouble myself, with only my last three items sold showing up.

I have just rang the help desk, whom I have always found to be most helpful.

To fix it..

Close down your eBay pages and sign out.

Refresh by signing  back in.

Then go to  'my eBay' click on 'My eBay summery"

Then go to the drop down box on the left of the page re number of days and click on 'last 60 days' and your items will magically appear.

I asked why this had happened and was told it was due to maintenance yesterday.

Left out a bit....trust me !

After going to My eBay summery"

go to the box in the left hand margin and click on 'SOLD'

THEN go to the drop down box and change the time frame to " Last 60 Days"
