Apparently it's a scrolling tool issue that has stopped their sales. I wouldn't say they had stopped, they never really started. I just hope Arts takes on board what others have said here, or they are going to go broke pretty quickly. Paying 20 something bucks a month for a store, and not getting anything back for it. I certainly wouldn't be wasting my money like that. May as well walk out onto the street and throw it in the air.....or burn it.

It's been quite a while since you made the comment but I don't think much has changed.

As far as I can make out, there are a lot of items (well over 600) for sale but a feedback of only 13, although there have been several sales lately.

If someone had been operating an ebay store or were even a casual seller with several items up every week over a number of months, I'd expect to see a feedback figure way higher than 13.

In fact, if I were a buyer, it would give me pause. Not the feedback of 13 as such, but more the fact it was a shop. I'd assume it was just starting up.

That's a helpful addendum after nearly a year. It would be even better if it was accurate.

All parcels are trackable. Have been for years. And not all untrackable letters go missing. I send over 200 letters a year and it's been several years since I got an INR.

What about four and a half years ago, when the person you are replying to made the complaint?

53 months is a long time to tolerate discusting [sic] sales.

I ended all my items the other day, have given up on eBay for now. Doesn't seem to be much worth the effort here anymore. Am having more success through Facebook and my own website.

My sales are back slightly, but still ticking along quite nicely. One thing that is making a BIG difference is that the Australian dollar is at its lowest level against the U.S dollar in around a decade. ( around 68 cents ) This makes Australian listings and postage much cheaper for many international buyers. I did a packing session Friday arvo and for the first time ever, my international sales exceeded my Australian sales. ie over half of my items sold OS.

Definately worth thinking about selling OS at the moment if you have the unique items that are still selling OK. Not only are they cheaper for international buyers, but international sales from the low Ausie dollar can help to balance out the slow consumer demand in Australia. ( which is one of the reasons the Ausie dollar is falling away.)  In global ecenomic terms, it actually acts as a counter balance for slow Australian consumer sales..

Still listing things for insane prices. Sold 10 things in 3 months. Still throwing money away.

What would turn me off other than the insane prices, their atrocious stars.

Only getting 3 feedback in 10 months is a bit of a turn off too.

Glad you brought it up how E bay can make you invisable at a hit of a button. However E bay as E Bay Australia is non existant - made a huge error. Put it this way/ my father is a Investigator for the ACCC and they have E Bay exactly were they want them, Seems e bay has been involved in money laundering just as Crown casino is. E bay is simple controlled by China and you wonder why they allow sellers in Honk Kong to make claim there in Australia however not the case, i also was told by e bay no one is allowed under there Guidliness to have more than 1 e bay account, yet the sellers from China 1 person like Crazy Sales has 47 diffrent accounts with e bay.

Seems E bay in Australia has gone down the pipe they do not care about normal everyday Aussie sellers there focus is allowing our $$$ to go offshore to scammers from China.

but well said in your post
