Another technical ' glitch'

Just a few weeks ago , I was able to make a purchase without any issues at all , it worked perfect and my parcel arrived in the suggested time . Now, I go to make my selection, and the ' Buy It Now' button just doesn't work anymore and pages don't fully load.. I have done all the things suggested, cleared my cache, etc etc etc . I am on Google chrome . I go on Youtube, no issues, I search many other sites, and make purchases , no issues . Why now all of a sudden after all this time, Ebay has issues?
