I'm new to eBay and I'm unable to change my name. I had the option to change my username but it would not save with an error message that says {date}, I assume is a system error. Now I don't even have the option to edit at all, stating I cannot change my name for another 30 days. I did not 're-save' my original username btw. Screenshots below. How can I fix this?
