Problems setting a buy it now price

I’m having a new issue when listing items. When going to type in a buy it now price, the screen freezes and it wont let me change the suggested price. It also wont allow me to go back to the listing, and i have to leave the app to unfreeze it. It appears that the interface for setting the price has updated/changed, so not sure if that is a contributing factor. I am based in Australia if that changes anything.

Any suggestions would be hugely appreciated.

Having the same issue it’s so very annoying! The app was fine for me prior to this update!

I use the app to upload photos and finish the listing on a computer as I prefer the keyboard and have had no issues. Just tried changing the price of an item using the app and works but have not tried to create a listing using the app.

I am using a pixel 6a and the app gives me no issues and is super fast for taking and uploading photos but do get a few on the computer but am still using windows 7 so to be expected.

Are you having the same issue as the OP?

Which is an issue caused by the app?

Or do you just not like using a computer?

And you shouldn't be emailing photos for eBay in any case, all communication needs to be kept to eBay Messages

This is happening to me too. It won’t let me list anyway because of this issue! I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but it doesn’t work still
