·3 years agoI'd be more concerned about you cancelling items due to the compulsory hold on funds. Can I suggest, that clearly ebay isn't for you? You obviously haven't read up on how things work, so it's all going to end very badly for you.

·3 years agoBy the way, (as per your feedback) you do not get to cancel due to eBay holding your funds
That is the rules, which you agreed to when listing items for sale
The 30 day hold will still apply until you prove yourself as a seller
And will happen again every time you stop selling for a little while
Keep that up and you will be shut down by eBay and it is a huge defect

·3 years agoThere is'nt a phone number for 'customer service'
You can go to eBay Help at the top of any page for a 'Live chat'
Or post your issue here and people who have experience with eBay and know eBay polices can help you
(unlike eBay CS who type whatever their script tells them to say)
Hopefully you have signed up to Managed Payments and read the selling basics before listing those expensive items. Which are a magnet for inexperienced sellers
Be very careful of scammer buyers
Sellers like yourself are a dream come true for them, so you seriously need to know what you are doing

·3 years agoThere isn’t one.
It’s all Live Chat, with very occasionally an option in the Contact Us link to phone, depending on date and time and reason for seeking help.
Go to any Help page and scroll to bottom of the page. Or here: https://www.ebay.com.au/help/call_us?type=ContactUs&topicId=4000
