    Unable to delete an old closed bank account when entering a new bank account, at the end of the process I'm asked for the full account number of the account which no longer exists so the process goes into error, how can I fix this? I would like to get paid

    If you don’t have any paperwork relating to your old account, then contact the bank, provide proof of your identity, and get the information.
