Only 1 recent sale, if you have a break from selling, I think it is over 3 months, then you are deemed to be a new seller and holds on funds apply, and will do so until you meet certain criteria.
You either need to keep your selling active, or read all T&C's prior to recommencing.

Most new sellers have to wait 30 days
You agreed to the terms when you listed and ticked you had 'read and understood'
I hope you have posted the items or you will have very unhappy buyers

·2 years agoYou've only got 6 feedback from buyers in the past year, so eBay probably still sees you as a "new seller"
