Tracking number
I placed an order on approx 21st August but have received no tracking number since and the parcel has not arrived. I'm getting worried!!!

I would only like to add - if you have a garden, have you looked around in case they left your parcel "in a safe place"?

·2 years agoNot all orders have a tracking number and they are more to protect the seller.
Look at the estimated delivery date provided by eBay. If it has passed you have 30 days from that date to open an item not received case. The seller will have 4 days to respond or prove delivery (with a tracking number!) or they will have to refund. If after 5 days you have not been able to come to some agreement with the seller you can ask eBay to step in.
Do not close the case until you have either the item or a refund! Some sellers will try to tell you the can't do anything until the case is closed- this is a bullsh!! tactic to mess you over.

What was the estimated delivery date?
Was this from the seller registered in India who left you your last feedback?
