payments on hold

Hi my buyer received her goods on Thursday just gone. She confirmed it was received and Australia Post says it was delivered but my funds are still on hold. What is happening?

As you haven't sold for a long time, eBay will see you as a new seller.

You'll need to be registered to sell and signed up for managed payments, which I think you are

The fact an item shows as delivered, does not mean held funds are released.  If the buyer also leaves +ve FB, you can contact ebay CS and request funds are released early, however this is purely at ebays discretion.
