Buyer not paid what to do now
After 11 years on eBay now is a good time to go to "Help" on any any page & type in "Unpaid".
After you've read that then type in "Buyer Requirements".
After 4 days you can cancel with the reason "buyer didn't pay" and the buyer will also get a non-payment strike on their account. Make sure you also block the buyer.
