Non paying buyers on multiple occasions

I have a non paying buyer.  Browsing through past feedback I can see the buyer has not paid on two other occasions and negative feedback has been left.  However the feedback shows 100% positive.

I have tried to leave negative feedback but I have to tick a positive transaction box before leaving the feedback .  I don't usually look at others feedback reviews unless the overall score is not 100%.  I do not want to give this buyer another positive but I do want to leave a negative review so others are aware.  I will not be able to do either once I cancel the transaction.

Ebay does not offer help.

Has anyone experienced this and can offer me a solution?

Buyers cannot be left neg feedback

Since 2008 buyers can only be given postive feedback so no feedback at all, so I do not know why you would 'try to leave them negative feedback'

Every single buyer who is not also a seller can only have 100% positive, no matter how much of a scammer buyer they are

So if other sellers have given non payers big green ticks for not paying, you can thank them for encouraging non payers

If you go ahead and leave them a big green tick with a negative comment, that is called a 'false positive' which is against eBay policy and you risk your account being pinged

Did you cancel using the reason 'buyer did not pay'

So that a) you get your fees back and b) the 'buyer' gets a strike, so that the will not be able to buy from sellers who have blocks in place

Have you added them to your blocked buyer list?

And others will not be aware, nobody else expect the seller and the 'buyer' will have any clue who you are talking about, since nobody else sees the buyer's username , just as one of your feedback says it is from buyer '2***t'

Many sellers here have experienced fake buyers

We don't reward them with green ticks, we report the non payment and we block them

And you go ahead and leave them 'false positive' anyway

Why ask other members if you are going to ignore them and reward the behaviour?

Of course 'buyers' like this will keep doing it when seller like yourself reward them with green ticks

And again, as for your comment  see two other reviews below where buyer DOES NOT PAY

Nobody can see, nobody has a clue who the 'buyer'  is

All the false positive does is reward bad buyers and puts your own account at risk of being sanctioned by eBay if the 'buyer' reports it (and tells anyone reading the feedback they can buy from you, not pay and earn themselves a green tick for doing so)
