I sold a pair of shoes and sent with Aus Post not Sendle. The shoes were delivered but the tracking still shows I haven't sent via Sendle. How do I advise Ebay that I the shoes were sent by Aus Post and not Sendle?

Besides your funds will be on a 30 day hold anyway, as you are considered a 'new' seller by eBay,
Why would eBay think you used Sendle, unless you selected that option for the postage?

Just add the tracking number, and select auspost as the courier.

It would seem you have purchased a Sendle label through eBay AND paid AP for the actual postage.
You are extremely likely to have ended up paying 2 lots of postage, and are unlikely to get a refund for the unused one, as you only have five days to cancel.
